Apparently, Latin America is into low spec games. Old games like Dragon Raja, PT, RO, Rose Online, etc., strived on private server. Private server was a new thing to me back then. Years later on, met a irl friend, we talked about it. played with some Germans, Thais, Americans, some mates from internet cafe, and some irl friends. I played this for couple of years when I was high school back then was one of the top players in the server in those days.
